Bedford Park Listed Building

This small listed house was in need of total refurbishment. The rear of the ground floor was opened up with new windows and French doors on to the garden. A side extension, won on Appeal, was added giving much needed extra space to a very small existing kitchen. The loft was converted and two dormers added to the rear with one giving the headroom necessary to allow a shower room to be installed on a half landing between the first and loft floors. Storage was added wherever possible which is essential in a small house.
