This small listed house was in need of total refurbishment. The rear of the ground floor was opened up with new windows and french doors on to the garden. A side extension, won on Appeal, was added giving much needed extra space to a very small existing kitchen. The loft was converted and two dormers added to the rear with one giving the headroom necessary to allow a shower room to be installed on a half landing between the first and loft floors. Storage was added wherever possible which is essential in a small house.
